LMX2595EVM: Correlation between OUTA_PWR and output power

I just want to know the relation between variable "OUTA_PWR" and and the output power in db .If I know the pull up circuitry how to claculate the power in db.

If I want to have a control over the output power. Eg I want 3db power for 3000MHz / 8000MHz etc , How this could be done

Hi There,

You can use below plot as a starting point.

Then use the previous plot (Figure 20) to determine the power setting to bring the power down to your target.

Please note, output power depends on the pcb layout, the above approach gives you a starting point, you still need to do a real measurement to finalize the power setting.
