 would you help to confirm these part is oaky to replace ?

      this IC is target to pait our FDC2214 device.

    for customer sch,  the CDC6CE040000ADLFR , the "E" represent high /NC will enable output , and low will disable. so customer should not connect the R29 to GND.

     

    for the Clk output, i am not sure why customer add a pull down R as 470ohm, i purpose we dont need this, am i correct?

    Thanks for sending over the schematic. I agree that R29 should not be populated to make sure the output is enabled. 

    I'm not entirely sure what the intention is for the termination network on the clock output. According to the FDC2214 datasheet, the clock input signaling levels should be rail-to-rail. I would recommend depopulating R2 and R3 unless the customer has some specific reason to reduce the amplitude of the clock signal.
