LMK05318B: Compatibility with SI5395B

Hi Gaurav,

The LMK05318B is a good replacement for the SI5395, as it has similar functionality and comparable performance. To replace this part you will need to consider the pinout, package type/sizing, number of inputs/outputs, and number of frequency domains that your design requires, all of which are available in the datasheet. 

Since it looks like your design requires 9 outputs with multiple frequency domains, the LMK5B33414 would likely be a better option since this part has 14 outputs and can support the frequency domains you need. One thing you would need to consider is the jitter requirements of the USB2 PHY should be met by the XO that you are inputting into the device since you would need to bypass the PLLs to output the 24MHz LVCMOS. Both of these parts are not p2p with the SI5395B, you can refer to the LMK5B33414 datasheet for more information on pinout and package sizing as well.

Sorry, i forgot to mentioned that as LMK04828 comes with extended temperature range. Similarly i am looking for a replacement with extended temperature range.
