What is the difference between NKD0064A and NKD0064B packages? I can't find which LMK04828BISQE is.

Can I think of it in the same way as the LMK04832 example?

NKD0064B has a reduced size thermal pad. It is also not the correct package, again linked to an issue with package drawing and datasheet publication (other readers: see https://e2e.ti.com/support/clock-timing-group/clock-and-timing/f/clock-timing-forum/1584907/lmk04832-difference-between-the-two-part-drawings for the LMK04832 example referenced).

Please use NKD0064A for LMK04828BISQE.
