CDC6C: Can't Access Altium Files

Part Number: CDC6C

Hello there,

I am trying to add CDC6C to my Altium schematic, but I do not have access to the footprint or symbol. When I select the Ultra Librarian link for the DLE footprint, it takes me to this website:

When I select "request" it takes me to a white page and does not load. 

Can you please help provide these files?
