My customer is asking for help.
Could you help me?

Please let me know the trigger condition where convergence starts in PLLatinum Sim.
(When VCO power is always ON and LE terminal is "H" after receiving setting data, etc.)

    Is this difficult to handle with a simulator?

    If confirming the stability time based on LE is the right way, I would like to confirm it in advance with a simulation.
