Part Number: LMKDB1112
Hi Team,
In LMKDB1112's datasheet, the Package information and Package orderable part number doesn't match.
Package Information shows Package is 64 pins. Orderable part number table shows Package is 80 pins.
After investigation, we found that we do have 64pins with dedicated pin functions while we have another 16 GND pins in the center, and that should be why we could see 80pins in total. But this really confuses customer.
Is it possible to revise datasheet to make the information aligned?
