Our customer are trying to create a circuit of 2ch inverter pulse about 100KHz.

Pan-M,

Do the outputs need to be 50% duty cycle?
What should the phase be betterment the two outputs?

If the rate is greater than 150kHz, then the TLC552 would be a better choice.

Our customer changed specification.

NE555 only work free running, and the output is wired to FET High/Low driver.

So, this is closed.
