LMK01801: Output to output skew clarification

Hello,

LMK01801: The Datasheet for this product shows a 3ps output to output skew, however close relative products show 30ps value for this feature. Before designing a circuit to the 3ps skew number wanted to clarify that this is correct.

That skew is correct if the outputs are in the same divider and the outputs types in the divider are the same (ie. LVDS to LVDS or LVPECL to LVPECL). If the outputs you are comparing are from different dividers then no the skew between them is typically not the 3 ps shown in the datasheet. Note also, that the skew specs in the the datasheet are all for outputs from a common divider not across dividers.

Follow up to this question: what is chip-to-chip delay skew for LMK01801 for LVPECL outputs? It is not in the datasheet. Thanks.

Presently, we need to collect more information for this parameter. However, due to the present schedule I'm unsure when this testing will be performed.
