dear all

there are 8 registers in EEPROM and 9 registers in RAM. after power up ,how the cdce62005 decide the value in the ninth register in RAM. does that mean we should write the ninth register through SPI port every time after power up?

    Hi Guoping,

    you are right, the Register 8 is available only in the RAM. If you want to use the SLEEPn and SYNCn functionalities, you need to address the Register 8 by SPI and also take care that the reserved bits are correctly written. The Read-Only bits will not be effected by your write procedure.
