Perhaps you are mixing the Clock Pro functionality. When you are working on the Programming EVM window you will be able to detect only the Programming EVM board and be able to write into it from this window only.

And when you work on the Main Window you will need to use the Performance EVM to communicate with the GUI/Board. Since you are using a Programming EVM the Main window won't communicate with this board and that's the reason why you are getting this response.

If you want to write your generated setup into the Programming EVM I suggest the following procedure:

    1. First use the Wizard window (first screen) to generate the setup you want you use.

    2. With your desired setup loaded in the Main Window, go to File, and save your setup in the format you prefer.

    3. Go to Tools, Programming EVM and once you have your board detected go to the File menu and load you previously saved file.

    4. Click the Program Devices button to write your setup into the board.

    I hope this was helpful,

    Israel
