CDCV304PW Temperature

TI p/n CDCV304PW has an operation temp range of -40 to 85 C. I used 85*C as the Max Operating Junction Temperature. Is this correct? I have been told that this component may not have a qualified Max Operating Junction Temperature, If that's true than is there a Max Operating Case Temp for this component? Can you please see what you can find for either of these two categories?

Page 3 of the datasheet states Operating Temp of -40 > 85C. This is AMBIENT, TA. To determine TJ, you must first know the Operating Frequency and the ambient airflow. First look at FIg 5 on page 6. This shows the increasing current consumed as the freq increases. From this you can determine PD(watts), and then from the table on page 2, determine the temp rise (degreesC/watt) at the airflow provided. Unless the pcb is in a cooled enclosure, airflow will most likely be 0, so use the first column to determine the temp rise from TA.

BTW, I'm noticing the datasheet does not have a TJMAX spec, so assume it is 125C.
