CDCE72010 divider setting 4 vs 4' in DS table 8

hi,

in the table 8, same divider ratio can have two different register settings. it is marked as 4 and 4', or 12 and 12", etc.

from performance point of view, any difference between 4 and 4'? which one is preferred ?

can user ignore the difference between X and X'?

Hello Xiaochen,

there are no performance differences in the to divider options. You may see a phase shift between x and x', because x' were planned to be a backup divide value.

Please use only non x' diviedes.
