Requirement for ADC's jitter - Less than 0.15pS

To the community,

We're intending to use a TI clock generator and distributor to feed 400MHz clock signal to some ADS5474 converters designed for a processing signal solution and we have a very tied jitter target in this case less than 150fS (< 0.15pS).

So, what the most recomended clock generator / distributor TI family to performe a minimun final jitter like this ?
