Dear Sir
Good days,
What is different between "SN74SSQEC32882ZALR" and "SN74SSQE32882ZALR "?
Both these two parts can be use in DDR3. but we are not sure what is different.
Best regards,
Bogey

Hi Chen,
in addition to the info provided by Michael, the SSQEC has a wider frequency operating range and also its integrated PLL does not need the external feedback. This was still the case in the SSQE. Let me please know if you need further support, we can provide you the IBIS model of the SN74SSQEC32882 if you need to run simulations.
Best regards,
Leandro
