There are queries which need inputs from the company for the following part: CDCUN1208LP
1) FIT rate, kindly include the temperature reference because the website does not show any FIT/MTBF data
2) What is the process technology used to fabricate the TPS51116PWP, is it purely based on bipolar technology, CMOS, BiCMOS? We will like to know the underlying IC technology.
3) Is the component susceptible to Single Event Latch up Effects(60 MeV/mg/cm )
