    I am check on the thermal data, which also affects Pdiss, and will get back to you with a response asap.

    In the meantime, Tj(max) = 150C and the weight = 82mg.

    Thank you for your patience. Please see the thermal data below:

    • Typical Power dissipation (Pd typ)
      • TJ = TA + ( R θJA × PD ) => 150C = 25C+ (125C/W * Pdiss) => Pdiss = 1W 
    • Maximum Power dissipation (Pd max)
      • TJ = TA + ( R θJA × PD ) => 150C = -40C + (125C/W * Pdiss) => Pdiss = 1.52W 
    • Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)
      • 125C/W
    • Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)
      • 63.5C/W
    • Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)
      • 67.5C/W
