Since I want to use a PLL.
After PLL, my passive device change the voltage level.
And voltage level is so important information of me.
So I want to know the voltage level as below picture.
Are there any product as below picture?
The clock frequency is 2Ghz,.
I try to use ADC but I wonder I can use that or not.
