What is the Power Up Timing for the LMK04826 and LMK04828?

This would be the delay between the initial Power up on RESET and clock outputs being generated, when loading values over the SPI port.

For the CDCE62005 (page 68 of 84 of data sheet) and CDCM6208 (page 30 of 80 of data sheet), you will see that the startup times are CLEARLY graphed, with timing in the order of 12ms between the RESET deasserting and valid clocks.
