Run-time error '6' when entering LPT address

I'm switching from an XP computer to a new Win7 64 bit computer.  I installed a Rosewill parallel port card to program my devices.  Since the card is not LPT1, 2, or 3, I enter the cards address (from Device Manager) into the "Other" box (the address range is D010-D017, and either give the error).  When I do so, I get "Run-time error '6':  Overflow"

What could be causing this, and is there a possible remedy?  I've already seemingly exhausted trying to make the card act like LPT1.  BIOS won't let me assign it that address.
