CDCE62005 how to generate 3.3V CLK signal

I am trying to use CDCE62005EVM board to generate CLK signals.

CLK signals are: 0 to 3.3V, 15 to 100MHz, square wave(digital signal).

Could someone list out the detailed steps to operate and do I need an input for this output CLK?
