looking for an analog PLL replacing the LM565

Good day i am looking for an "analog" PLL such as LM565 part. Meaning that the input is not a digital signal but a sinus waveform instead. Its operating frequency should be around 50-200kHz. The LM565 is a good device but it is obsolete. Anybody can help me? Many thanks Best regards

Thank you very much for this suggestion. However due to the lack of information in the datasheet comparing to the LM565 (for ex: the phase detector and VCO gains, the pull in range formula etc.), do you provide additional information or a spice model to help in designing the loop filter (ex: lead lag filter...)? Many thanks

I do not have any data on this device which is outside of my group.
Try a new post for that part number and the responsible engineer should respond.
