I suggest CDCM6208. It can do HCSL and also has the ability to do differing levels of output voltage, like the LVCMOS 2.5 V.
You might also consider LMK03806. Note for HCSL you would need to AC couple LVPECL then shift to HCSL level. For 2.5 V LVCMOS, you would have to have some resistor divider implementation.
