Problem with programing CDCE925

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCE925, UCD9081

I didn't buy the USB cable for programming CDCE925 yet.

I am wondering if its the same cable as programming UCD9081.

Another questions is I directly connect pin S0 to 1.8V without connecting a pull-up resistor, Do you think if there is a problem by doing this?

Many thanks.

  • Hi David,

No. The USB Interface Adapter EVM to program UCD9081 requires a Type-A to Mini-B USB  cable. CDCE925 EVM on the other hand requires a Type-A to Type-B USB cable.

S0 can connect directly to 1.8V. Also, the device has a weak internal pull up resistor on this pin.
