Hi Sheetal,
I have contacted the applications engineer responsible for this device. They will get back to you shortly.

Hi Sheetal,
I am still tracking down the applications support person that is most familiar with this legacy obsolete module.
Some feedback that I received was:
With these devices the main cause of corruption is usually any transients below ground on the address and data pins. Also, if there is a heavy load placed on the pins when they are driving, then the internal reset detection may cause a reset but this would only likely happen if there the device was either very cold or very old. When you mention date corruption, is it reset, specific values being set/cleared?

In this RTC after ON/OFF data is changed and randomly changed sometimes year changed, sometime hour changed, sometimes all changed, not fixed data or condition for changing

Sheetal
