Can I get a SPEC of the output stable time after OE input asserted?

When OE is low, the device is in power down and on a 0 -> 1 transition, the device goes through an entire startup as described in pages 11 and 12 of datasheet. In this case, the tpul and tpuh would be the same and the time it takes for the OE pin voltage to reach 0.6*Vdd.
