can you suggest a programmable clock generator IC with 100kHz to 100MHz freq range. It should not have any external input frequency except that provided by a crystal.

Can i change the frequency in an output during working of this IC using a microcontroller..

Actually, i need only one output that can be varied between 100KHz and 100MHz using a microcontroller.

Yes, this device is programmable via I2C interface. you can change the output divider value to change the output freq, but of course there is a limitation on the resolution.
