Problem with TIClockPro with Programming EVM on XP-32 SP3

I wrote Posted recently with this problem.

I installed SCAC119d which completed with some difficulty.  I have gone through this a number of times.

from Device Manager I can see

TI CDCE)L)9xx Programming Evaluation Module (COM11)

Then  TI Clock Pro Starts.  Help About Version 1.2 Copyright 2005

after SKIP the schematic page presents.  I load a previous Setup.

Then from tools I choose Programming EVM

The TI Clock Programmer window presents.  I choose CDCE925 and Click Find Boards.

No Board is found.

What do I do next?
