My customer uses the CDCE913 and has some questions.

Q1) Is there a power-up sequence?

Q2) How about the absolute maximum ratings of VDDOUT?

Power up control circuit is specific by V_(PUC) between 0.85V and 1.45V. This is the V_DD threshold for device start up.
Max V_DDOUT is 3.6V on the CDCE913.

Is it possible to apply the VDDOUT when the VDD is 0V?

Hi Naoki,

We do not recommend such a configuration. The output state is undefined in that config. If powering down the device is necessary, there is a PWDN bit available for this function.

This should not damage the device but we cannot guarantee the output status of the device.
