Hello!

Datasheet says, that the programming pins has a 150 KOhm Pullup resistor.

This seem to be using for the logic '1'.

But canwe connect the pin on direct to GND for a logic '0'.

Or should we use external Pullup- and Pulldown-Resistors?

The control pins can be connected directly to GND.

Thanks for your fast response.

For clarification:

This means, we can use the internal pullups on each control pin for logic '1' and can switch (DIP-Switch) an control-pin directly to GND if we need logic '0' on this input.

I see on two evaluation boards from Avnet for the ZYNC-platform using external 10 K Ohm resistors on 3.3V or switch to GND (DIP Switch).

Also the evaluation board for the CDCM61001 seems to use external resistors on each control pin.

Hi Thomas,

There should be no issue switching a control-line directly to GND using a DIP-Switch.
