Hi,

Our customer is using ADF4150 device that is Fractional/Integer PLL Synthesizer.

What devices would you recommend for replacement?

    Kato,

    We have nothing pinout or program compatible, but have many excellent devices such as:

    1.  LMX2485 family--  Offers very low current consumption and the best fractional spurs.

    2.   LMX2541 family with external VCO disabled -- Offers excellent phase noise and also an output buffer.

    3.   LMX2492 -   Offers excellent phase noise with a 5 volt charge pump.

    Each one of these has its strengths and disadvantages, but if you were to pick the closest match, I would probably say the LMX2492.
