Hi,

Does anyone has information on this DDR4 RDIMM part MTA36ASF2G72PZ-2G1A2, if control/address mirroring is used or not? This part has raw card B.

    Hi Kin,

    SPD content of the card should be checked to verify Address Mirroring.

    for UDIMM : Byte 131 (0x083), [value=1 is Mirrored]

    for RDIMM/LRDIMM : Byte 136 (0x088),  [value=1 is Mirrored]

    These values apply to Rank 1 and 3 only.

    Generally speaking, if the card has 2 or more ranks, then Rank Mirroring is probably used.
