Thank you for the reply.

However, I believe that Θjc is the value close to 146℃/W.

calculation formula:

Θj max = 150℃、Maximum power dissipation of DB package = 0.65W at 55℃ 　∴(150-55) / 0.65 = 146℃/W

Please tell me if I make some mistake.

Hi Kato-San,

The Θjc value is 15.6 degree C/W. This means that if the case temperature is 100 degree C, and the device consumes 1W power, the junction temperature will be 115.6 degrees.
