Hi,

I recently use USB2ANY with LMK04906 EVM board, and when I am updating the firmware of USB2ANY, my computer crashed, but the firmware updating has not finished! After that, the USB2ANY can't work any more. When I start the codeloader, it can't find the USB interface anymore. Could you help with that?

Hi Mike,

That happens to USB ports in general sometimes. Please give a quick try unplugging and plugging back in. Restart your computer and try again.

Then also try loading the firmware manually. Attached in the executable and the firmware file you load when asked.

Hello Brian-san,

I could not run the .exe file which were attached. My PC is asking me for the "BSL430.dll" file. I have tried re-installing the codeloader, however having no change. What should I do to run this tool ?

My PC is Windows 7 32bit OS machine.

Weird, I thought it didn't need that. Please see attached below for that file, put in same folder as the .exe.

Hi Brain,
when I connected USB2ANY to PC,and open the Analog LaunchPAD, error occured, and it mentioned that "The connected <unknown device> has a firmware version(0.0.0.0) that is not supported by this software. A firmware version of 2.5.0.0(or later) is required by this software."
However I didn't find firmware file in TI.com, so can you help me to solve this problem. Thank you very much! Looking for your reply!

Hi,

Are you using TICS PRO? The software GUI will walk through the upgrade process, no need to download anything else from the web.
