Looking for 3 clock generator devices,with input of 25MHZ to generate:
1. 4 outputs of 200M each (like NB3N51034 form ON)
2. 1 output od 200M each (like NB3N3002 from On)
3. 2 output of 125M (Like NB3N5573 from ON)

Here are a couple suggestions:
Option #1: 3 chip solution, pin strap configuration
1. CDCM61004 - Use termination scheme to level-shift LVPECL to HCSL levels per Figure 25 in datasheet
2. CDCM61001 - Use termination scheme to level-shift LVPECL to HCSL levels
3. CDCM61002 - Use termination scheme to level-shift LVPECL to HCSL levels
Option #2: 1 chip solution, I2C/SPI configuration
CDCM6208 - 8 output clock gen with programmable outputs frequency/format. It has 4 true HCSL outputs + 4 LVPECL-like outputs which could be AC-coupled and level-shifted to HCSL levels using Thevenin-equivalent 50-ohm termination (471 ohms to 3.3V, 56 ohms to GND).
