Hello,

The datasheet mentions that LVCMOS_CLK Vih range is from 2V to VDD+0.3V.So I understand it could be 2.5V.

Regarding CLK input, when it is being used as a LVCMOS single ended input, there is unclarity about it's Vih.The datasheet refers only to it's differential input characteristics and Vin=3.465V.

The question is can both LVCMOS_CLK and CLK inputs use Vih=2.5V?

Yes, both LVCMOS_CLK and CLK can be used with 2.5V LVCMOS input levels with Vih_min of 2V.

When driving CLK with a single ended input, nCLK should be biased with a voltage divider network near the 50% level of the input swing (e.g. nCLK = 1.25V for 2.5V LVCMOS input). See the Application information section in the datasheet which shows this arrangement.
