BQ32000 Iback issue

HI All

                 TI spec have show " IBACK "  Backup supply current MAX 1.5uA ,

But our test is 80uA (Vcc=0V,Vbat=3V, Osciilator ON ) , The file is our CKT ,

We have try to remove C193 and short R169 , the Iback is 76 uA

Could you help to check this issue?
