At first, I was posting this question in Microcontrollers forum then I thought it suits here at its best.
I am practising with Tiva C TM4C123G Launchpad. On page 4-15 of Lab Manual, I have to calculate Delay via programming but my concepts are not clear about it so I want someone help me to calculate delay on a paper for better understanding that what's going in background.
