Does TI offer a simpler clock doubler device, or a simple clock multiplier?

I'm working on a dual-monostable-multivibrator circuit to accomplish this right now ... and am into some of the nuances of Vcc-dependent pulse width and pulse recovery constraints (for the SN74LVC1G123).  My requirement is f(IN) = 27Mhz  to  f(OUT) = 54Mhz.

Thought there may be a simplier approach than two '123's and an OR gate.
