Chapter 8.2 of the user manual lists the recommended programming sequence for the LMK04816.

The last bullet tells me to set the uWire_LOCK bit in register R31.

But the TI CoadLoader lists a value of 0x001F001F for R31:
READBACK_LE = 0
READBACK_ADDR = 0x1F
uWire_LOCK = 0

Can you please explain this discrepancy to me?

Setting uWire_LOCK bit is an optional step. The bit is cleared in codeloader by default so you can program the registers. You may set this bit if you need to write protect the registers.

Perhaps you should add this little piece of information to the LMK04816 User Manual.
The discrepancy between User Maual and CoadLoader is confusing.
