Hello,

Could you please let me know the propagation delay min. and typ. values of CDCLVP1204?
These data is specified on LMK00304, however there is no data in CDCLVP1204.

And could you please let me know the temperature vs. propagation delay data of CDCLVP1204?

    Please give me a day to check the characterization data.  I will let you know the Tpd variation over temp.

    Asaka-san,

    Here is some actual prop delay characterization data over supply, temperature, and input level variations.  This data is provided for information only and does not represent guaranteed performance.

    Min: 281 ps

    Max: 391 ps

    For a given supply/input condition, the prop delay variation due to temperature only was about 35 ps, where Tpd is slowest at hot temp.

    Note that the datasheet max spec of 450 ps has some guard band.

    Thank you for the reply. I understood that this data is provided for information only.
    Are there the typ value of tpd which you can share with us?

    And Since the temperature variation is about 35ps, the temperature drift is about 0.28ps/°C( = 35ps/125°C).
    Is my understanding correct?

    Asaka san,

    Typ value is 330 ps.  You are correct about temp drift.
