Dear all

I want to measure clock from 1khz to 333mhz. I have two board one has clock and another has connectivity with pc for clock measurement using labview.

please suggest me a clock buffer ic as I am facing variation in reading clock signal variation is 1mhz to 30mhz when measured 25 and 33mhz clock.

right now i am using "LMH6559" this clock buffer but there is too much variation in measurement.
suggest me something like "LMH6559" you suggested me for differential clock buffer
