I’m looking for a small timer chip (sot23 is preferred). It should do a simple thing. There is one input and one output. When input goes from low to high the timer starts (about 10-20 seconds). After passing set time (it will be constant) the output will toggle and hole circuit stops working (output goes to hiZ oraz Hi).
The watchdog circuit would be great, but WDG toggles all time until there is a change in wdg input. In my circuit I need only one toggle after 10-20 s. The second pass for timer would be only if the input goes low and the high again.
The output is will be connected to reset input of uC.
