CDCE62005 lock and unlock issue

Hi,

There is lock and unlock issue in CDCE62005.

Blue line is SPI_CS and purple is PLL lock.

As you see, after CS goes to low, PLL lock repeats High and low.

Is it normal operation? if not, could you explain about this phenomenon?

Hello David,
this looks like a noise or SI issue in the system. The SPI CS signal shows glitches, too.
Can you share a schematic snippet from the application showing the CDCE62005, its loop filter and the power de-coupling?
Also a kind of block diagram or layout screenshot of the ASICs and signals close to our device will be helpful to identify the root cause of this behaviour.

Please share the CDCE62005 register settings as well, so I am aware of the device operation.
