About long time delay timer

Is there IC which meets the following condition?

(Delay time:30sec~5min)

Can TPL5010 be used by some ways.?

    Satoshi-san,

    sn74ahct123a would be a low cost solution. For connection advice, try this device name in the logic forum.
    TLC555 would work if the input was inverted (use standard mono-stable setup)

    Hi Satoshi,

    you can use the TPL5110.

    Configure the Device in a single shot configuration (EN/ONE_SHOT pin tied to GND)

    With the Rext you set the delay you need (30sec - 5min).

    in order to generate the input signal (IN) you showed in the picture you need to apply a 3.3V or supply voltage at REXT pin and then release it (see the applications showed in the Datasheet)

    The output signal  will be the signal at DRV pin but you need to add a NOT.

    If this solution helps you, consider that we will release soon the TPL5111 which is similar to the TPL5110 but with an integrated NOT on DRV pin (which fits exactly your needs). The datasheet of the TPL5111 is in preview on the TI web site.

    Dear Satoshi

    Some more information about the TPL5111.
    As Domenico correctly mentioned the TPL5111 has the output polarity that fit with your requirement.
    It's exactly like the TPL5110 with the opposite output polarity. It means that you can avoid to implement the NOT.

    TPL5111 will be released to market on July 10th (16 days from now). By that time samples will be available in TI store or through distributors.

    ・DONE-pin：Connect to output
    ・DRVn-pin：No connect

    From your information is not clear which is the requested timing (30sec ~5 minutes) and who set this time.

    In case a microcontroller is present please use the following configuration

    In case the microcontroller is not present is possible to fix the time delay changing the fixed resistor.
