Hello,

I am referring to below link for CDCEL9XXXPROGEVM driver and software installation.

I have tried to follow the steps given on this link. I tried to install drivers available at 6644.TUSB3410 EEPROM Burner Installer.zip

However, I am not able to install the drivers for TUSB3410. Does that mean EEPROM is corrupted and I will have to replace it?

Kindly suggest, if there is an updated document/software which we can use with the programming EVM.

Hello Team,

I could proceed with the drivers issue by using drivers in following link,

e2e.ti.com/.../4213.Driver_5F00_ProgrammingEVM_5F00_Windows7.zip

However, when I try following onclockpro

click on "Programming EVM" => click on Find boards, it gives "System.IndexOutOfRangeException".

I am attaching the snapshot with this post.

Kindly suggest, how to resolve this issue.

Hi Mahendra,

Just to confirm, are you using the PERFORMANCE EVM or the PROGRAMMING EVM? For the programming EVM, see

Hi Gabe,

We have followed same procedure described in the thread you mentioned. If works well on my system.

Even on customer's system, USB is detected properly, however when customer clicks on find Programming EVM in Clockpro, it shows error. (for which I have attached snap-shot in my first post.)

I think there is no issue with drivers here, but there is a problem through Clockpro GUI on customer system. I have asked customer to try this procedure on multiple systems and check if it occurs for all.

Hi Gabe,

Customer has found correct solution for this problem.
While installing drivers, they selected ProgrammingEVM>amd64 & it worked well!

Earlier they were selecting ProgrammingEVM, which was causing drivers to corrupt for some reason.

I thought of posting this, so that someone facing similar issue can try it out.
