CDCE913 max. input frequency

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCE913

I would like to take a 200 MHz, 1.8V CMOS clock signal from a Silicon Labs Si514 oscillator and divide it by 256 (781.25 kHz) so that the clock can be used to synchronize the switching of a buck regulator. TI's WEBENCH Clock Architect recommends the CDCE913 for this. Everything about this synthesizer looks good, except that the datasheet shows a max LVCMOS clock input frequency of 160 MHz. Can this part accept the 200 MHz input clock? If not, are there any recommendations for a 256 frequency divider that can accept this input?
