Dear Dean,

On page 27 in the datashhet (link below) it shows that the VCO output is connected to the LMX2492 Fin through a set of resistors and coupling capacitor.

Can you please elaborate on that topology?

Why this set of values were chosen? It look like some kind of 6dB attenuator .

Hi There,

This is a typical power splitter that every port will see a 50 ohm load.

Hi There,

Unfortunately, we don't have this information because we were not able to make accurate measurement at these frequencies. Suggest you put a 50ohm power splitter similar to the one we used in the example. If you don't need power split, simply put a 50ohm shunt resistor to ground and then AC couple to Fin.
