TLK110 grounding and heat dissipation

Hello,

I'm making a footprint for TLK110 and confused by pin 49 for grounding.
Datasheet doesn't specify it as a separate central pin, but TMDSICE3359 demo board schematic and layout have a large pin.

Does the TLK110 package physically have this central pad?
