My customer has a question about CDCV304.

Do you have the following specifications?

・Tj(max) : Absolute maximum junction temperature

・Tj : Maximum rated operating junction temperature

Hello Nat,

Tj(max) = 150C
Tj (operating max) = 125C

Is this also true for the CDCV304TPWREP? I'm guessing the part probably uses the same die, but these parameters are not mentioned in the datasheet.

the parameter are valid for CDCV304TPWREP as well.
